Ingredients for Greek salad dressing



In a medium bowl or a mason jar combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey, garlic, Dijon mustard and Italian seasoning.


Slice or cut cherry tomatoes in halves, cut cucumber into small 1/4 inch cubes, and cut a red onion in half then slice into very thin slices. The kalamata olives come with pits so you must remove pits before putting on the salad.


In a large bowl, layer salad feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, and cucumber evenly to help have a balanced mix.


Dress the salad and toss. Garnish with fresh parsley and top with salt and pepper to taste.
