Eggs for a crowd

When you have to make eggs for more than 10 people

Ingredients

• 24 eggs
• 2 1/2 cups milk
• 2 cups shredded cheese
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• pepper to taste

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.

In a very large bowl mix together eggs, milk, butter, salt, and pepper.

Cook for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and add cheese. Return dish to oven and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes. Check often for desired fluff or firmness.
