Ingredients




Combine crabmeat, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and powdered sugar together. Heat oil to between 325 - 350 degrees F, enough oil to fry the wonton all the way to the top.


Lay out the wontons and brush beaten egg on edges of wonton. Then put about 1 Tablespoon of the filling in the middle of each wonton.


There really isn't a wrong way to fold a wonton if the filling stays in during cooking so use whatever technique you wish. You can even just fold them into a triangle and seal the edges if you don't want to make the traditional shape of a wonton.


Fry each rangoon until golden brown, trying to adjust temperature and time to not lose all the filling.
